Question: How do I enable or adjust cookies in my browser?
Answer: Just follow the instructions below for the browser version you are using.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0
Select Tools, Internet Options, and click on the "Privacy" tab.
The default setting is "Medium".
Move the slider down to choose "Accept all cookies".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x
Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
Click on the "Security" tab.
Click "Custom Level" button.
Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.
To enable:
Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable".
Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".
Click "OK".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x
Select "Internet Options" from the View menu.
Click on the "Advanced" tab.
Scroll down to find "Cookies" within the "Security" section.
To enable:
Select "Always accept cookies".
Click "OK".

Netscape Communicator 4.x
Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
Find the "Cookies" section in the "Advanced" category.
To enable:
Select "Accept all cookies" (or "Enable all cookies").
Click "OK".

WebTV
There is a known issue where cookies are unreliable on WebTV. Apparently cookies
are stored on their servers and don't always work well. We have not been able to
find a way to fix this problem for WebTV users. If you have any suggestions, please
let us know.
Question: If I am still having problems after making sure that cookies are enabled, what should
I do next?
Answer: Try deleting cookies since occasionally they become corrupted. After they are
deleted, they will be rebuilt as you need them. Also, you should clear your cache. Just
follow the instructions below for
the browser version you are using.
